You order online, we ship to any California address with a ZIP code starting 900 to 935, and the box goes straight into your freezer when it arrives. The packs are made in Artesia, in the same kitchen as the Ribs 'n' Kabobs restaurant.

Every order is packed frozen in insulated packaging made to keep the contents cold on the way to you. The kabobs are grilled and then frozen, and the samosas are hand-folded and flash-frozen, so they leave our kitchen solid and travel that way. The insulated box is also the reason you should get the order into the freezer as soon as it arrives rather than leaving it on the porch all afternoon.
A few practical tips:
- Ship to an address where someone can bring the box in the same day. A workplace with a freezer works too.

- If you will be away, order for the following week instead.

What should I do when the box arrives?
- Open it the same day and check that the packs are still frozen, or at least firm and cold.
- Put every pack straight into the freezer at 0°F or lower.
- Keep the kabobs frozen and use them within 6 months of purchase for the best quality. Samosas store the same way.
- Cook everything from frozen. Kabobs take 2 to 3 minutes in the microwave, 4 to 6 minutes in a pan on medium or 8 to 10 minutes in a 375°F oven. Samosas deep fry at 350°F for 5 to 8 minutes, bake at 400°F for 15 to 18 minutes or air fry at 380 to 390°F for 12 to 16 minutes.
