FAQ

Halal & Quality
Are your products Halal certified?
Yes! Every single item we make is 100% Zabiha Halal Certified. We source only premium, hand-slaughtered meats and enforce strict quality controls in our facility.
Shipping & Storage
How do you ship frozen foods?
We package our products in insulated coolers filled with dry ice and/or gel packs. This keeps the products frozen at 0°F during transit so they arrive fresh and ready for your freezer.
What should I do when my package arrives?
1. Store immediately: Place the samosas and seekh kabobs in your freezer as soon as possible.
2. Handling Dry Ice: Do not touch dry ice with bare hands (it can cause freeze burns). Let any remaining dry ice evaporate in an outdoor or well-ventilated area away from children and pets.
What if my food is slightly soft or thawed when it arrives?
If the products are cold to the touch and firm, they are safe to place in the freezer. If they arrive completely thawed or warm, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours at orders@ribsnkabobs.com for a replacement or refund.
When do you ship orders?
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
Cooking & Prep
Do you have gluten-free products?
Yes. Our Beef and Chicken Seekh Kabobs are gluten-free. Our Samosas contain wheat (gluten) in the outer pastry wrapper.
How should I cook the samosas?
Deep fry from frozen in medium-hot oil for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown. For baking, preheat your oven to 400°F, place samosas on a baking sheet, brush with oil, and bake for 15–18 minutes.
