Refund Policy

At RNK Foods, we take great pride in the quality and safety of our handcrafted frozen foods. Because our products are perishable frozen food items, they cannot be returned due to food safety and health regulations.

Damaged, Thawed, or Incorrect Items

We pack our products in heavy-duty insulated containers with dry ice/gel packs to ensure they arrive frozen. However, if your order arrives damaged, completely thawed, or with incorrect items:

  • Do not discard the packaging or products.
  • Take clear photos of the damaged/thawed items and the shipping box.
  • Email our support team at orders@ribsnkabobs.com or call us at (562) 402-2049 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Cancellations & Modifications

Because we prepare and pack frozen orders immediately to schedule them with dry ice, orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are processed/shipped. Please contact us immediately at orders@ribsnkabobs.com or call (562) 402-2049.
