Shipping Schedule & Cut-Off Times

To prevent transit delays over weekends that could cause the dry ice to evaporate and the food to thaw, we restrict our shipping days:

• Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Wednesday only.
• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) on Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Unpacking and Storage Instructions

Safety First: Your order is packed with dry ice. DO NOT touch dry ice with bare hands, as it can cause severe freeze burns. Use protective gloves to discard any remaining dry ice in a well-ventilated area.

Storage: Immediately transfer all samosas and seekh kabobs to your freezer upon arrival. Keep them frozen at 0°F or lower until ready to cook.
